Care during the first 24 hours

- Do not sleep face down or place pressure on the injection sites.
- Do not consume alcohol or stimulants.
Care during the first 48 hours
- Avoid strenuous activities.
- Avoid steam rooms, saunas, or high-temperature environments.
- Drink at least 2 liters of water per day.
Common signs
- Small injection bumps may appear.
- Mild swelling.
- Mild bruising.
These signs usually improve within 24–72 hours.
Contact your surgeon immediately if you experience
- Persistent severe pain.
- Abnormal swelling, warmth, or redness.
- Fluid discharge or signs of infection.
