Care during the first 24 hours
- Do not apply makeup to the treated area.
- Do not touch, massage, or rub the treated skin.
- Do not use steam rooms, saunas, or take hot baths.
- Avoid strenuous activities and high-intensity exercise.
- Drink enough water to support the skin’s recovery process.
Care during the first 3–7 days
- Small bumps may appear at the injection sites.
- The skin may become mildly red, swollen, or bruised.
- Do not squeeze or manipulate the injection sites.
- Use moisturizer and sunscreen as instructed by your surgeon.
Common signs
- Mild redness.
- Mild tightness.
- Mild swelling at the injection sites.
These symptoms usually improve gradually within a few hours to a few days.
Contact your surgeon immediately if you experience
- Increasing swelling and pain.
- Abnormal warmth and redness of the skin.
- Fluid discharge or signs of infection.
- Any unusual symptoms that cause concern.
