The demand for premium nasal implant materials is increasing rapidly 

One of the most noticeable changes during the 2025–2026 period is the sharp rise in patients seeking revision rhinoplasty. Patients are becoming more knowledgeable and are willing to pay for premium autologous cartilage implants to replace failed previous nose surgeries. They now prioritize safety and lifelong durability instead of temporary solutions.

A strict filtering phase for the rhinoplasty market 

Alongside technological advancements, the market is also facing major challenges related to medical safety, as complication cases still account for around 10–14% of total surgeries each year. This situation has led to a natural “filtering process” among low-quality cosmetic facilities. Patients are becoming more selective about safety standards. They prefer reputable cosmetic centers that focus on medical standardization, transparency in implant materials, and long-term warranty policies.

This allows them to save around 50–70% of the cost compared to cosmetic tourism in South Korea.
